Damn! Too late again. If you ever hear of a Nimble Nomad for sale, let me know. I’ve lusted after that beauty for 20 years and every one I ever got near was snatched away by somebody quicker!1
I am on eastern side of MI and there are lots of sheotered waters hereabouts, plus trailing to the North Channel woulkd also work.
I’m getting old, and soon it will be beyond my physical ability to make long voyages. Any clues as to whereabuts another one is located, I would appreciate knowing about.

Duncan: sorry, but sold the boat a year ago. It is a Nimble Nomad, a pocket trawler, 25 feet in length, and was a lot of fun. I had it on Geneva Lake, WI for 7 years. Slowest boat on the lake, I called her (about 7-8mph tops). They come up for sale online from time to time, usually in the 20 to 35 grand range. It’s a lot of boat for the money. However, largely flat bottom, with small keel, so only good on calm waters. Good hunting.
